sync has already been done,
pdrant is displaying issues due to libraries, I'll leave this one in a PR for later

Added Dockerfile and postgres.compose.yaml for postgres container setup example. Adjusted notebook example in docs. Modified extensively Postgres Index and added docstrings. Removed psycopg and update PostgreSQL and psycopg2 dependencies.
