I added complete translations to se.json, mainly the sections "account", "core-plugin", "third-party-plugin", and "mobile". Additionally, I inserted a few small, extra translations under "setting" where a few strings were not translated into Swedish.

New templates for kh, lt, nn, uz

I have got a couple of questions and bug reports about this.
Some people expect this setting to apply to notes opened in the same pane, whereas this settings is only about new panes.

Made description of markdown autopair setting consistent with its behavior.
