Show which return types require Regex in basic evals and also print the names of predefined tasks in task table

UseMemo to eliminate the usage of useEffect and correct minor bug which happens when setting some tasks in AutoComplete

We add checkboxes to the Eval page. Later on we can use this feature to allow us to select multiple evals and compare them.
