Looks like there's another issue with axios. Will turn ESM bundles back
on once we fix it and the PDF issue

Looks like it causes an issue with the esm package

Also updated examples package.json to latest

fix persistance, align fromDocuments

initial storage examples attempt

Makes it easier to get started although now they have to use npm instead
of pnpm
