* Bump cryptography to 42.0.1

Note that more of the non-rust backend code has been removed
I had to handle that in
https://github.com/bdraco/chacha20poly1305-reuseable/releases/tag/v0.12.1

So there may be other downstream consumers that have a problem

* need pyOpenSSL as well
