Implement more Comfoconnect sensors (#28817) 

* Rework Comfoconnect sensor platform

* Sort ATTRS and fix icon

* Add unique_id to fan

* Use a different signal per sensor type

* Add more logging

* Swap to be sure.

* Remove -fan suffix from unique_id
