Set PARALLEL_UPDATES for ping binary sensor (#59524)

Changing PARALLEL_UPDATES from 0 (unlimited) to 50 as with many sensors (above 500) successful pings weren't being recorded. Resolves https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/54860
