define contributor datafile schema

Description and goal

There is a need to solidify the data structure of contributor datafiles so that a clearer picture of how to relate to them from other facets of the site.

Tasks and activities

• create jsonschema which declares the datafile structure (this issue)
• create documentation relevant to the contributor datafile and its use.
