Lets NOT overload congo's button. lets move ours to `buttondeluxe`

Description and goal

Tip: Currently, we're overloading congo's simple button with our own.

The downsides of this, are that they take different parameters, which... whatever...

however the more salient issue is the bug I just discovered where the end of the shortcode needs be on a dif line than the start.

and just generally it may be advantageous to have them separate.

Tasks and activities

• rename shortcode
• adjust any current uses of it across theme
• write docs
• profit

Acceptance criteria

• All current uses of "OUR" button are moved to buttondeluxe
• Documentation of buttondeluxe functionality exists
